NetSeer, Inc. is a
technology startup focused on next generation search and ad
targeting. Pioneers of intention-based ad targeting, NetSeer uses
sophisticated mathematics and algorithms to make advances that were
previously unattainable in Internet advertising.
NetSeer was founded in March 2006, but has developed its substantial
and unique technology in stealth since 2004 and has filed 10 patents to
date. The company will disclose more about its technology and
offerings later this year.

Coleman
President and CEO

Greg
Coleman joins NetSeer, Inc. with 25 years of media and publishing
experience. Greg previously served as Executive Vice President of
Global Sales at Yahoo!, where he helped establish Yahoo!'s recognized
leadership in the online advertising marketplace. Prior to joining
Yahoo!, Greg was Senior Vice President of Reader's Digest Association
and President of U.S. Magazine Publishing, where he was responsible for
the company's magazine properties including Reader's Digest, the
largest magazine in the U.S. and in the world. During his 12-year
tenure at Reader's Digest, Greg also served as Vice President and
Worldwide Publisher and led the U.S.-based edition to four consecutive
years of record advertising revenues and profitability. Greg was the
founding publisher of Memories magazine at Diamandis Communications and
worked at CBS, Inc., where he spent 10 years leading advertising
efforts for Women's Day as Vice President and National Sales Manager.

Behnam Rezaei

Dr.
Behnam A. Rezaei leads NetSeer's team in the design and implementation
of its technological innovations. The primary inventor of the company's
ten patent applications to date, Dr. Rezaei has a broad range of
expertise including complex systems, random networks, information
dynamics, and distributed and P2Pnetworking and information processing,
and is widely published in scientific and technical publications. Prior
to founding NetSeer, Dr. Rezaei was a lead researcher on several
projects in spam filtering, identification of the structure and
dynamics in large-scale biological networks, and the development of P2P
network clients. He was also a lead developer of UCLA's BruNet P2P
network client at the university's complex systems laboratory. Dr.
Rezaei received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University
of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Vwani
Roychowdhury

Dr.
Vwani Roychowdhury received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering
from Stanford University in 1989, and the Bachelors of Technology from
the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. From 1991 to 1996, he was a
faculty member with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering,
Purdue University, where he was promoted to Associate Professor in
1995. In 1996, he joined the University of California, Los Angeles,
where he has been a Full Professor of Electrical Engineering since
1998. Dr. Roychowdhury works in the area of information science, where
his areas of research cover a wide spectrum including physical
representations and structure of information, robust channels and modes
for communication of information, and computation. His more
conventional interests include information theory, combinatorics and
algorithms, complex systems, non-linear dynamics and networking,
information dynamics in society and complex systems, nanoelectronics,
quantum information processing, statistical modeling and data
processing, and information processing in cellular/biological systems.
Dr. Roychowdhury fancies himself as an �information sleuth� and is
pursuing the never ending goal of developing an informational theory of
the world.

Gunadhi

Dr.
Himawan Gunadhi brings significant expertise in Internet search and
monetization to his position of [Chief Financial Officer]. As the
President and CEO of WiseNut, Inc., an algorithmic search engine
startup, Dr. Gunadhi launched WiseNut�s global, Japanese and Korean
search engines, leading to its syndication to InfoSpace, Lycos Japan,
Excite Japan and other portals. Under Dr. Gunadhi�s leadership, WiseNut
was successfully acquired by LookSmart Ltd. in 2002. Dr. Gunadhi has
subsequently served as strategy consultant to Overture Services (now
Yahoo!), advisory board member to Premier Guide, Inc., (now local.com)
and has played leading roles in successfully incubating two web-based
vertical application startups. Dr. Gunadhi was previously a Practice
Director of IT strategy consulting at Gartner, Inc., where he was a top
performer in revenue and sales. He received a Ph.D. in Information
Systems from the Haas School of Business, University of California,
Berkeley.

Riccardo Boscolo
VP of Core Technology
Dr.
Riccardo Boscolo received the Laurea degree (summa cum laude) in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Padova, Italy, in 1997
and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees, also in Electrical Engineering, from
the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1999 and 2003
respectively. From February 1999 and December 2000, he was on the
research staff at HRL Laboratories, participating in several projects
involving the development of computer vision techniques for automotive
applications. He is the coauthor of several patents on smart airbag
systems, pre-crash sensing systems, and video encryption for controlled
content distribution. As an assistant research engineer at UCLA, he
investigated methods for learning patterns of gene interactions and
reconstructing transcriptional network dynamics. His research interests
include computer vision, knowledge-based image understanding,
information processing, blind signal separation, complex networks, and
computational biology. Dr. Boscolo has published over a dozen articles
in internationally accredited scientific journals and currently serves
on the reviewers' panel of several journals of the IEEE.

Dork Alahydoian

Dork
Alahydoian comes to NetSeer with several years of internet product
management and business development experience. He played key roles in
the development and successful launch of new products and partnerships
at Fandango, Kodak Gallery and LookSmart and in the implementation of
strategic partnerships with Google, Warner Bros. and Skype. He began
his career as a corporate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich &
Rosati in Silicon Valley, where he represented internet technology
companies. Dork received a JD/MBA from University of California,
Berkeley and an AB from Harvard University.

Nima Khajehnouri
Director of Product Development
Dr.
Nima Khajehnouri received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2001, the M.Sc.
and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of
California, Los Angeles in 2003 and 2006 respectively. His research
focus was on signal processing, optimization and estimation techniques
for communication systems, including OFDM MIMO networks, multi-user
MIMO networks, Cellular Localization, relay networks and signal
processing for sensor networks. Dr. Khajehnouri has published over 20
articles in different journals and conferences and has been serving as
the reviewer for several IEEE journals and conferences.

Terry Opdendyk

Terry
Opdendyk founded ONSET Ventures in 1984 and has specialized in working
with information and medical technology start-ups for more than 30
years. Prior to launching the firm, Terry was President of VisiCorp,
guiding the software publishing company from inception into an industry
leader. Early in his career, Terry worked as a technical manager for
Hewlett-Packard and later headed Intel Corporation's microcomputer
systems business and microprocessor development activities.
At ONSET Ventures, Terry maintains a broad spectrum of investment
interests. He serves on the boards of both public and private companies
and has helped guide start-ups from initial concepts to world-class
companies, including Adaptive Planning, Arcot Systems, Callidus
Software, Nektar Therapeutics (formerly Inhale Therapeutics), Nextance
and Penederm.

Dave Ryan

Dave
Ryan has been a founding Mission Ventures Managing Partner since 1996.
He has 23 years of venture capital experience focusing on early-stage
information technology and service companies. Prior to Mission
Ventures, beginning in 1983, he served as General Partner of Copley
Venture Partners, a Boston-based venture capital firm focused on
early-stage investing in information technology, business services and
healthcare. Prior to Copley, Dave held positions in strategic planning,
business development and plant modernization with Medusa Corp, a
Midwest-based manufacturer of industrial materials.
Dave holds a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and a
Master's degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve
University. He is currently a Director of 3E Company, BMS Reimbursement
Management, DevZuz, NetSeer, Nirvanix and WorkWell Systems.
